To book your FREE Photo Shoot With Epic Studio, please fill in the form below with the date(s) and times that you are available to do the photo shoot and also supply a Selection Of Recent Photos of yourself which should include a Face Shot, Full Body Shot and either Underwear or Swimwear shot (camera phone pictures are acceptable as long as they are viewable).

In the Additional Message box, Please provide your current Level Of Experience (if any) and your current Height, Weight, Eye Colour, Hair Colour, any Tattoos or Piercings you have and 'Your Stats' (if you know them). finally, let us know what you would like to achieve from the photo shoot. We will then either schedule you in or add you to our current waiting list.
